As a positive psychologist, I am here to support you in overcoming the limiting beliefs and challenges that are preventing you from having the career, relationships, and life that you desire. 

My goal is to create a supportive and safe environment where you can pinpoint exactly what is holding you back and start making your dreams a reality. 

In our work together, you can expect me to provide you the tools and resources you will need to be successful, hold you accountable, provide non-judgmental feedback, and help you clarify exactly what you need to do to create a life you love. 

What You Can Expect

I will call you at your designated appointment time. You are welcome to walk anywhere you feel safe or comfortable – whether that’s in your own backyard, on a treadmill, or at a local park – it’s up to you! Feel free to bring your dog with and dress for the weather. 

During our 45 minutes together, we will catch up on what’s happened since our last session, celebrate your progress, and create plans to overcome any obstacles that have come up. I promise to support and validate your experiences while challenging you to grow and push yourself. 

At the end of each session, we will go over skills or create actions plans that will help you move forward. I will send you resources to support your growth as well as any other learning materials that may be helpful. Each session will blend movement, processing, and learning new skills or concepts.
