Before becoming a positive psychologist, I worked in EMS where I discovered my passion for connecting with people and walking alongside them through their journey. I have an enthusiastic down-to-earth approach that is blended with evidence based practices. Working with me feels like a conversation with a close friend that has your best interest in mind. On a more personal note, I love to laugh, spend time with my dogs, and travel. I’m originally from Michigan, but you’ll often find me all over the country traveling with my partner in our converted ambulance camper. I love being outside in nature and can’t wait for you to join me!
